It all began with a starring role in a circus play at the age of 5. I was a monkey. I may have only been in kindergarten, but I'm pretty sure that's when I was bitten by the acting bug. From then on, I was involved in numerous plays and concerts, performing in every one of my high school productions.

I then went to The University of Maryland on a full acting scholarship, earning my BA in Theatre. I stayed in the Washington, DC area for four years, and worked steadily in the local theatre scene. My first show out of college, the charming "Pins and Needles", was nominated for best musical at The Helen Hayes Awards. In Washington DC, I performed at Arena Stage, The Kennedy Center, Round House Theatre, and several other local theatres.
My first show in NYC, "Pizza: A Love Story", was a winner at The Samuel French play competition. During that time, I also began teaching, which soon led to my entertaining at children's birthday parties.

I've performed in two recent NY Fringe Festivals, the first with members from my former theatre company, Particle Wave; the last in an original musical, "The Psychic Hour". In between, I've worked on several short films, performed regionally, and in many off-off Broadway venues.

I continue to study my craft, while pursuing my career, and entertaining folks of all ages.
